Bentyl

Bentyl (dicyclomine) is an anticholinergic intended for the prevention of muscle spasms in the gut and bladder; it is used for the treatment of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). It works by relaxing the muscles and reducing the amount of stomach acid produced. Bentyl comes in the following forms: tablets, capsules and oral liquid.
